Bobby began his career in Seattle, WA at Palisade Restaurant in 2006. Since then, he's worked in the culinary hubs of Seattle, Washington DC, New York, and Montreal. In 2016, he opened his own business offering private chef services to the Greater Seattle Area.

His commitment to locally sourced food has followed him throughout his career, choosing to work at "farm to table" restaurants such as Urbane, Blue Duck Tavern (D.C.), Stoneburner, Cafe Flora, Foxy (Montreal), and Joe Beef (Montreal). Quality food starts with quality ingredients. 

 

With a rounded knowledge of local and sustainable product sourcing, seasonal menu development, and elegant presentation, Chef Bobby offers a wide range of culinary services to suite all of your needs.
